Housekeeping was done daily and very thoroughly — fresh towels, bottled water, everything tidy and neat. We were also pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful details in the room, like bathrobes, slippers, a kettle, tea, and coffee — it really added a touch of comfort and care. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with plenty of choices each day. The lobby is stunning and stylish. The staff were highly professional, attentive, and always ready to help, taking care of every request. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the entire property. We also felt completely safe — there’s 24/7 security and reception, which made us feel very comfortable and relaxed.
